Directory of facilities and resources

Network → facility → resource. 24 ready-made profiles: swimming pools, aqua parks, halls, sports fields, courts, ice rinks, gyms, climbing walls and others.

  • Capacity, price per hour, opening hours and closing days
  • Aliases and keywords - the customer will find "orlik" or "padel" without knowing the name
  • Amenities, surface, dimensions and safety checklists for profile

Reservations and schedules

Resource calendar with one-time and recurring reservations. Conflicts are blocked by the database, not just the form.

  • Weekly recurring reservations with correct time change handling

  • Booking via panel, customer portal and mobile application

Tickets, passes and QR

Single tickets and passes with entry limits and expiry dates. The QR code is cryptographically signed.

Classes and instructors

Groups with limited places, registration of children by a guardian, attendance list and notification of change of date.

Cash and settlements

Counter and online sales, cashier shift reconciliation, refunds and a transaction ledger that cannot be retrospectively edited.

  • Przelewy24 and Stripe online payments after configuration by the administrator
  • Invoices and credit notes through Fakturownia, with billing details in the customer portal
  • Separation of sales of operator services from SaaS subscriptions

Entry and occupancy control

Scanner in the staff app or browser. Offline mode with local permission list and explicit sync conflicts.

  • Scan QR codes with your phone camera
  • Offline queue with idempotency keys
  • Synchronisation conflicts are shown to staff, with no silent overwriting
  • Integration with entry gates and readers via API after hardware confirmation

Team-limited tournaments and events, team registrations and participant communication.

Equipment storage, rentals and returns, inspections, incidents, technical tasks and lifeguard checklists.
