Add a facility
In the operator panel, open "Facilities" and select "Add facility". Provide the name, address and type (swimming pool, hall, court, ice rink, fitness centre or pitch).
Select an industry profile - e.g. "Aquapark" or "Orlik / sports fields complex". The profile suggests common resources, search aliases, and security checklists.
Add resources
A resource is what the customer reserves: a lane, court, arena sector, pitch or hall. Set capacity and price per hour.
Add aliases so that the client can also find the resource by its common name, e.g. "padel", "orlik" or "tor 3".
Opening hours and closure dates
In your organisation settings, specify your time zone, currency and opening hours. Add closing days for the facility, e.g. maintenance break.
The system will not allow you to save a reservation outside opening hours or on the closing day.
Archiving
Resource with future reservations will not be archived - handle these reservations first. Thanks to this, the client does not lose the confirmed date.
